What type of house is suitable for NoEntry?
A
NoEntry will protect properties approx. 2,400 square feet in area, for example, the average four-bedroom detached house split over two levels of 1200 square feet.
It will also work in apartments, semi-detached and terraced houses.

What happens if there is a power cut?
A
Your alarm will continue to operate as normal for 24 hours on battery backup. If the Wi-Fi goes down, the alarm will communicate with your app via GSM.

Can I arm it with my smartphone?
A
Yes! If you realise you’ve forgotten to arm your alarm but have already left your home – just open up the app and arm it quickly and easily.

Will a cat flap or letterbox trigger the alarm?

NoEntry by Sonis listens for the opening of a door or window.

Can I get an additional fob?
A
Yes, our shop will soon allow you to buy additional fobs. You can connect up to four to the same alarm unit.

Can I attach other devices?
A
Very soon, you’ll be able to attach cameras, smoke detectors, bell boxes and other security products for whole-home security and safety.

Will it work in the conservatory or garage?

Yes, place the alarm centrally (for example, in the hall) for coverage of all doors, windows, integral garages and conservatories.

Is this alarm suited for rented accommodation?

Absolutely! With no need for fixtures to walls etc. NoEntry by Sonis is the perfect solution for those looking for a portable home security system.

Is the app free?

Yes, the app is completely free to sign-up for and use.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we only accept debit/credit card payments. However, we are working to expand this in the future.

Where do I place the alarm?

We recommend placing the alarm centrally in the home. Typically this means in the hall.

How will I be notified of a break-in?
A
In the event of an attempted break-in, the unit has an internal sounder and will send a notification through the smartphone app – activating before an intruder can gain entry!

Are there any service maintenance requirements
